I purchase a phone and it is not which I want. So I cancelled the order but now they are denying for it.I tried to contact with customer care but their behavior is also intolerable.
Overall, Customer service is Bakwas. This was also happened with my friends.So very bad company. I say gatiya company.
I never recommend anyone to shop from Flipkart.Its just a awful shopping destination with fake sellers with cheap products, bad customer service, no resolution for the queries, no on time delivery, they doesn’t take things seriously when customer makes an escalation.
