Ordered a phone on flipkart and it was ready for delivery the next day. The delivery person contacted me by phone and I gave him directions to my place. 30 mins later he had gone somewhere else and called me. I walked to the main road and asked him to come to the landmark given in the order address. The guy says he has to deliver items walking around because his company ekart wont provide transport.
The moment he sees me, he started yelling and abusing me. This happened in front of my office and people I know. He kept telling me never order from Flipkart again or I will not give your ordered items. He kept harassing me and asked to show the road on the address, I opened google maps and showed him.
For no reason he kept shouting and wouldn’t give the ordered item. Finally after listening to his abuse for 10 minutes he gave it saying never to order from Flipkart or items wouldn’t be delivered.
After collecting the item when I said I would make a complaint, his response was "they cant do anything"
The name of the delivery person is Anand Arockia Raj from Ekart with mobile number ending 76931
