I have ordered a product of 3 quantity, they have delivered just one and after 3 -4 days they are not giving ay update.
I don’t know what Flipkart is doing. I had 3 calls with their customer care team, they are just giving me another date. First I called them on 20th and they said they will provide update within 24 hours. I have called them again after 24hours then they said they will provide update till evening, I have waited till evening. NO RESPONSE from ANYBODY.
Again I called their customer today morning and AGAIN they are saying till today evening they will provide me the update.
they are very irresponsible even customer care executive don’t know how to talk. GUYs be aware of this online fraud.Better to go for amazon, ebay etc. they are far better then this useless flipkart.
