Customer service: The worst service ever seen, the customer service agents firstly don’t know the process and some they won’t at all follow them.
Product quality: Here the quality is the worst. The products listed are completely different from what they arrive.

Delivery timeliness: Delivery is too much harassing because they give the estimated dates very far as if thy are delivering the products to other planets.
App & Websites: I really confused with the cheap behavior of there because on the app and also in the website they are lot of adds and wen browsing in different websites they are multiple adds which feature only flip kart, So here worst cheap quality for dragging the customers to them.
