No replacement if you receive a broken product !!

I Purchased a ASUS Padfone from flipkart.


The Bluetooth stylus/Headset I received with the handset is faulty, damaged and didn’t turned on. NOW started my pathetic experience with flipkart customer care services. I have called them several time requesting for return. Every time they said that the "Back-End" team will get back to me within 24 to 48 hrs and never called back. The so called back end team have became the pain in my back end in no time.


Flipkart’s easy and free return policy is not really Easy. Next time you buy a product from flipkart be aware, that, if you received a damaged or broken product, you are going to have a real night mare dealing with this customer care and getting it replaced.


I haven’t got mine replaced yet. Every time I called them they come back with "you will get a call by today evening".and unfortunately that evening never came! They NEVER called me back and my return request is stuck on "processing" forever.


The bottom line is clear, buy from flipkart if you want good delivery, but DO NOT expect any sort of product guarantee from them. God forbid if you received a faulty or damaged product, you cant NEVER get it replaced from them. The 30 days replacement policy of flipkart is an utter lie.


I have purchased many products from flipkart but with this pathetic after sales service, I am absolutely done with Flipkart.


Good luck to you, if you are still using flipkart.
