Order id OD110301086253070000, I ordered a Cannon DSLR camera from the flipkart website and did the advance aishwaryasingh23ment through Cred824it card, I got the box on the delivery date, when put in hand I found this box can’t have camera then I open the box and got the trimmer, think about it I ordered the camera which price is more then 25000 INR and got the trimmer which price will be approx 600 INR.
Within 5 minutes I called the logistic boy on the virtual number starting from 011* and he told me that Sir call the customer care, I called the cust care and after 20 days they send me an email and which tell me that product is already delivered to dated and the date was Sunday, What king of idiot they are?
I also emailed some senior level person(cs@flipkart.com, binny@flipkart.com, kalyan@flipkart.com, kalyan.krishnamurthy@flipkart.com, grievance.officer@flipkart.com, bhawna.setia@flipkart.com, snigdha.majumder@flipkart.com, richa.sharma@flipkart.com, ravi@flipkart.com) But no one replied and I called customer care but they always say Sir we are working on it and working on it and working on it.Days Never end.
This is the short story the call is still running.lets see.
But I request never buy a product from Flipkart.
