In earlier days, Flipkart is one of the largest company in India providing a wide range of Products to their customers. But, nowadays this website is getting too worst day by day by providing Fake products and very pathetic service. I am telling this about Flipkart based on my personal experience. I have ordered a product in flipkart a couple of weeks ago. They have provided me so and so time to deliver the package and am waiting for that product. They have told me that "your order will be delivered to you with in 5-7 days. After placing the order am waiting for my order to reach in time.
After the time limit is reached I just want to track my order in the website and I was shocked to see the result which they provided to me. They simply told me that "it is not the correct area to deliver the package and it is Missroute" Every time I tracked for my Order it is saying the same for about 4 days and my shipment is go on circulating all the areas in the same city for around 4 days before it reaches to me.
It is so pathetic service from Flipkart and I never expected this from Flipkart. They are delivering products through EKart logistics. It is too poor logistics team in terms of providing good customer service as well as In time deliveries to their customers.
It is totally time waste to buy a product from Flipkart. If you really need the product which you are purchasing in online through Flipkart it is good to buy in offline shopping malls or you can prefer other e-commerce companies/websites like Amazon.
