Ok guys. this was something which happened with me./.if u r facing problem with flipkart just mail them.they respond really fast.:)
I had ordered a Camera on 11th october 2011. nd I made the payment through net banking and my a/c was accordingly debitted but I hadn’t received the confirmation of my order from FLIPKART.so I was pretty tensed.then I happened to mail the flipkart’s customer care abt my issue, .thy had told that they wud resolve d problem in next 24-48hrs.i was a bit relieved. and then the next day I was sitting b4 my laptop seeing if they had confirmed my order.but they hadnt confirmed.well oki thAt day had somehow passed.the next day thatt is 13th october morning around 10 I received a mail that MY ORDER HAs BEEN CONFIRMED.nd i’ll be receiving it on or within 17th october.well as they promised I received a courier on 17th morning 10am:) .the packing was not attractive. bt it was strong enough.then eagerly I opened it and found the camera in a good and proper condition:) it was just the same way as they had shown in their site.
GUYS if u have ever shopped using flipkart better be patient.they take a minimum of 4-7 days to deliver.dont expect to be any faster guys.:)
