I booked a Samsung Music duos S6012 phone over Flipkart with WS Retail with showed the costing as Rs 5299/-. First of all wanted to know the valid reason for cancellation of Order. If your company cannot provide the phone at the price shown and booked then why the hell you people book the phones or any other product. This is a pure case of cheating by FLIPKART and WS RETAIL. I am Ready to Wait for some more time for the phone, so you can deliver the same by 5th August 2013. I don’t think so that this letter will reach you at all. Flipkart CEO has Questioned the Forbes India for their comment, but Mr. Sachin should see the things going on in his organization first of all, then poke his nose in others opinion. Flipkart has written in mail, I can buy the same product with other vendors as well, but let me tell you Flipkart People/ Employees that for Loyalty you should provide the same product and at same cost booked earlier.
They shamelessly say they have customer support but they dont - try it yourself. I called more than 100 times and each time someone picks and cuts the line. You will then be running all over the world to get your money back for which they will never be contactable I suffered this ordeal after they fraudulently generated dozen orders from my account and started debiting my account. ANd it is weeks since I am still waiting for a refund for which again they are not going to take any responsibility as will then coolly say that the issue is related to bank and they did not do anything Fraudsters are of many kinds .and FLipkart is the latest one on the block
Waited all day. No call from them and 7: 30 PM it says on Flipkart website that my phone was unreachable. On 14th, I got SMS in morning 9: 30 saying my phone unreachable. I have a second order placed which is due for Friday delivery& I bet both items will be delivered same day. Ekart logistics sending Fake Texts to customers with wrong delivery details, hence blaming the customer and hiding their late deliveries at same time.I had same issues twice with Ekart logistics earlier but never complained. I am sick of "Flipkart’s " downfall in logistics& price hike. I guess it’s time to give try to other e-commerce websites which are cheaper & still hungry to make a name. Oh. I just edited this part. Flipkart website is full of wrong information for example. I wanted to buy cycle Lube. On Flipkart website several products like "Finish Line Ceramic Wax Lubricant" or Wet lubricant, no matter what kind, has same reviews posted by customer
The product was purchased in an offer that allowed a 5% discount on display price and additional 10% cash back from my SBI credit card. Duration of this cash back offer was till 10 December 2013. Seeing the status of order I was hopeful that Flipkart would be able to surpass the promised delivery date of 9 December. However the status kept unchanged on the website. I called Flipkart on 7 December and asked regarding the status and was told that in 48 hours the shipment would be delivered. Subsequently I called Flipkart on 9th December and again the customer care people told me that they shall be able to deliver the shipment within next 3 days. A point to be noted here is that this customer care person was not aware of my discussions with Flipkart on 7 December 2013. So it seems that Flipkart does not keep record of promises they make. Finally On 11 December after expiry of SBI card offer my shipment was cancelled and refund was promised to me. In the apology mail from Flipkart they wrote that sales tax people held shipment and hence the same was not delivered to me. They also wrote that they were unable to arrange the replacement as the products were currently out of stock with them and also that I use notify me option so that I can know whenever product is available with any of the sellers. Another point to be noted that the product is continuously available on Flipkart. Infact on 11 December there was 10% discount and a 10% AMEX offer on the same phone, same color, same seller.
