Not only did they mess up my order, they charged me twice for the same order.
I placed an order for 2 mobile phones and some books. First, the delivered on the 7th day, without any apologies. Then they delivered me a wrong mobile phone, which was supposed to be a gift to a close relative who was moving to another city. She has already moved, while the incorrect mobile is still with me. This is so #ucking embarrassing, I cant even tell you guys. Imagine, telling someone, Hey, I got this gift for you, but I need to keep it so, I can give you the correct one later on. I will courier it to you when I get it! Pathetic!
As for the double charge, they keep telling me that they have refunded my amount and that It will appear withing 5-7 days in my account. Its nearly being a month now and I still get emails telling me that they have refunded my money today and it will take another 5-7 days to appear in my account.
The Mobile phone they sent is a costlier one, while the bill still says the cheaper one. There is absolutely no reason on my part to accept that I have the costlier mobile phone. They have nothing they can do to get it from me. But, being honest and accepting that I have their costlier phone by mistake, seems to have no appreciation from them. They keep telling me that they will replace my phone soon. Im still waiting to give this gift to my relative. Its a pain to realize that I have not ever single day!
They even had the audacity to turn up on my door without getting me my phone for the exchange!
Flipkarts non professional attitude, amazes me. But then, I shouldnt have had high expectations from Indian service industries. Pretty ashamed to have dealt with Flipkart!
