No Replacement offered. They have given me the worst piece of crap in name of Nokia 7.2. Its hanging and its camera is not clicking pics if we use it for some time. its worst experience I had in my life since I purchased it explicitly for the camera purposes.
I asked for replacement after 1 day of use itself but they are not even allowing a replacement. This is the worst of the worst experience I have ever had.
These people are complete cheat who play with customers when I called them up, they said it’s in the policy which cant be seen while purchasing the product. They are complete FRAUD and I shall be sueing them both.
