Friends today I want to tell you about how I was cheated by Flipkart.
I ordered a wall sticker art for my home on 11 th October. This product was my Diwali gift for my sister. I got the order on 21 October and I gifted it to her.
Today when I visited her home I found out that the art sticker she got was completely different than what I ordered. I was devastated. I immediately called the customer service who said they can do nothing to help me as more than a week has passed since the delivery. I felt cheated and robbed.
The quality of the product is pathetic. It is hard to notice that sticker.
It took them 10 days to deliver it instead of 7, as I was promised.
The product shown on the android application are not available, so they just send any other replacement, I figured.
I want to sujest you to use this online website with caution as it have a questionable reliability. I have attached the photo of the product ordered and what they delivered along with the order ID.
