I have many times been a customer of Flipkart.com. Most of the times, I have ordered books, one time iron, one time mobile, one time laptop.
All the times, when I received the items ordered, they were in perfect packing. In no delay. Genuine items.
Some items are not offered on cash on delivery mode at all locations. This may not be seen as a deficiency, taking into consideration the fact that the items are delivered the very next day it’s ordered most of the times (my experience).
One time, the book, I ordered, contained faulty pages, page nos not being in the proper order;only after a week, this caused to be in my sight;immediately, i sent a grievance to the company through it’s website. It was redressed to my satisfaction.
I cannot advise you, but i’m telling you- if you have any grievance with regards to Flipkart, bring it to their notice; I’m sure it’ll be redressed to your satisfaction.
