I ordered(OD304173473535824000) 3 quantities of Bsb Trendz Polyester Brown Printed Eyelet Window & Door Curtain(213 cm in Height, Pack of 2).
As it says pack of 2 that means(2 X 3 quantities= 6 curatins)
What I got is only 3 curtains.Where are rest 3 curtains? After escalating to their customer support, they agreed to provide rest missing quantities.
Its been a week now. I am still waiting for product. First of all wrong quantity were shipped, and now its too long being waiting for the exact quantities.
They don’t have any sort of escalation matrix? where to escalate further above customer support? Tired and annoyed now!
