One of the very bad experience and inexperience of flipkart.com came to lime light.

I have order OD000771174018726600 placed on 16th Sept 2014, Expected delivery was 26th Sept 2014.
I have been told over call by customer care executive that the order has been cancelled as delivery partner doesnt have service on 26th morning 12:30 AM.
Moreover, to my surprise, when I called custcare on 23 Sept it was updated that product will be delivered ASAP.
After call which is over duration of above 20 mins and quite responsive but of no meaningful update one, I have lodged a complaint 140926001727.
Lets assume because of your goodness you shipped part and how reckless you can be to not update customer about cancellation of order? That too I got information once I called them for status.

Second false promise, unrealized
They promised to solve issue by 29th Sep 8 PM, till now no updated.
The only update have provided is "We are unable to reach you on mobile provide alternate number". I have provided them 2 alternate numbers and mentioned in each and every mail to contact alternate number if required, this shows clear ignorance of them as they have not read the mail completely.

Its interesting, stream of false promises; here we go
"We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 01 Oct, 8:00 PM to get back to you."
