This is regarding the order no. OD40213063500, in which I had ordered for 2 Digitek Car Charger DMC-008(White). It was ordered on 13th Feb, but on 15th Feb I received only one car charger. In the receipt outside qty written was 2 but when I opened the parcel I found only one charger. Immediately I complained about this to the Flipkart staff but there was no response from their end. Rather there was a reply from the supplier stating that only one charger was ordered by me but the payment taken from me was for 2 chargers i.e. Rs. 89x2+ 40x2= Rs. 278.
After talking again and again there was no reply from Flipkart’s end and a ref. no. #140217012155 was handed over to me by the customer care agent Ashwini. After that there was no communication from their end. Thankfully it was a very small amount otherwise it would have been a great loss.
