I had placed an order for Iphone x on 27th October on the preorder date and selected the option of pay by exchange by my iphone 5s. On the delivery date the guy inspected the exchanged product and said it has minor discoloration from the corners of the display and they cant deliver the product. I asked If there is a way I can pay the balance amount(discount amount I got in return for Iphone 5s), they said there is no such option and asked me to contact customer care. Customer care on 4th told me that you will get a resolution by 7th and we will surely help. I was continously contacting them and they asked me to wait till 7th. On6th early morning 3 am, My product was cancelled by flipkart. when I contacted them on the status of ticket they said your order has been cancelled and we cant do anything. I find it a case of customer rights violation and cheat, wherein I had been given false promises by flipkart. Moreover I was never given an option to pay the balance amount to get the product. Flipkart asked me to re-place an order, I was amazed as the preorder product which is now out of stock cant be ordered now. They asked me to wait till product is available. so my concerns are 1) I should have been provided an alternative way to make payment 2) As preorder product could not be ordered again, it should not have been cancelled. Also during preorder I got a discount of 10000 from citi card, so every product was available and I had to order again I would not have got discount again. So more or less I was in heavy loss. Please raise my complaint, looking forward for a positive response.
