This is a email I sent to flipkart after I purchased a 7500 rs Auduo technica m40 x headphone.The item is in Bangalore now, it has to reach Kerala it takes near 15 days.Previously I purchased a Klipsch s4 earphone with 2 year warranty, it broke in 6 months and they do not even bother to reply to my mail when I tried to contact them.When I called some guy said that they will only take back item within one month.
Shocked to see that my shipment will reach only on June 26.Flipkart has really gone bad in customer service department.I have got products from USA reach me faster than this delivery.Previously I use to get in 2 days, now its 13 days?Doesnt make any sense to me.You introduce 500 rs plans and all that to make customers experience better service, and make it worse.By far the worst experience I had from any online seller in internet.I purchased this product with my hard earned money and I demand that the item should reach in time.Please dont respond if you dont care about the customers and I dont want to see another email saying we are sorry for the inconvenience.I have seen too many of that already.Not one of one had been helpful.
