I would like to give a wonderful feedback with the way they have treated me.
I booked for whirlpool 7.2kg fully automatic top load washing machine on 23rd September. On the same date I received a message , that I would receive the product by 4th October.
Then again a message came after a few days , that I will be getting my product by 9th October.
On 8th October I got the product. On 11th October , technician visits and opens the box.
I was shocked , inside the box was a old refurbished , faulty model. The technician advised us to raise a complain on flipkart and we did so.
Flipkart executive told us that they would contact the retailer about the problem and solve our issue. I called them more than 100 times but they never solved any issue. They just said they are working on it.
If possible they will arrange for a refund or ask the retailer to replace it.
Its now had been a month and no response from flipkart. The product is still lying in my house , no one came for pickup and replacement.

Do not buy any high price products from flipkart.
They are fraud.
