Hi guys, in this review I’ll share my experience which I had done online shopping through this website Flip Kart. I’ve seen many reviews and videos posted in Youtube, stating that many have received fake products instead of original product which they have ordered and purchased. But I have never received those kind of stuffs as of till now. Anyway thanks to Flip kart.
I have been purchasing many products through Flipkart till now. I have received every product in good condition and with neat packing.
Customer Service - A couple of years ago, I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 540 mobile. After one week of usage, I faced issues in the mobile, as I have ordered through Flipkart. I called the Customer care and I said the issues, they said me that it might be of Software update, but after updating I had the same issue persisting in my mobile phone. Again I called the Customer care support and I said the problem, immediately they accepted my complaint and they replaced the phone with another new one. The service was good and I’d liked it.
Product Quality - I have ordered more than 20 products in previous year through Flip kart. I haven’t received any damaged or faked products. I received all the products with good condition and nice packing.
Delivery Timeliness - All the products that I have ordered and received was on time. But one product I received was late, I don’t know for what reason it was delayed. But now a days the app is providing all the tracking details and status of the product, through which you can know the current shipping and other details of your product.
This Flip kart website and App is providing a good time saver, for all those who want to buy things that they need who have no time to go for going shopping.
