FLIPKART has reduced the tenure for returning its top selling products like:- ELECTRONICS, MOBILES, BOOKS, etc, .
This is something unacceptable for us as it needs time to evaluate these kind of products as they are working fine or not.
They reduce the time period from 30 DAYS to mere 10 DAYS.
How disheartening is that for loyal customers, I strongly condemn this move.
FLIPKART already hike the prices of products by 9-10% and also increases the shipping cost for distant areas.
The return tenure on CLOTHING, FOOTWEAR, WATCHES, JEWELLERY, FASHION ACCESSORIES, EYE WEAR, etc, . remain the same as- 30DAYS.
But for these products 30-DAYS isn’t required, they are playing smart moves to earn revenue.
That’s all about it.
