I know flipkart is one of the best online market but what I experienced was worst. I Did order a lantern for diwali 15 days prior to diwali. And I directly got the mail that my order was cancelled right after 10 days I orderd the lantern that is 5 days before diwali. I did complain via email to the customer support team. but their reply was jst lyk u were unavailable on the time of delivery. Sorry for inconvenience. Jst sorry. WTF. It was a diwali lantern and was really very important to me as I already told my family that I bought it no need to buy another one. Was it enough to say sorry for ruining someones festival?
