Being a Flipkart plus customer very, very disappointed with Flipkart service. It is only getting worse. During big billion sale I have placed order for multiple products, say from shoe, kitchen stuff, multiple makeup kits, hand bags, etc. But 90% of my items got cancelled on the date of delivery ?? by Flipkart and the non sensical reason being given is ’logistics damage’ . It’s a waste of time and efforts. When contacted their customer service executive, I have received same reason and answer which I can read on my app. They are of zero help To my surprise they asked me to place new order again at the increased price if I still wish to receive the stuff. What I can understand is a complete scam. Amazon gives thousand times better service. Not going to buy from Flipkart anymore.
