OK! This review will be highlighting the negative points of flipkart. Brace yourselves.
There are two main online shopping sites in India Flipkart and amazon.
Comparing to amazon, flipkart is far behind.
It takes too much time to deliver compared to amazon.
I live in kettangal(a small place near calicut city).it takes 8 to 9 days for delivery of almost anything where as amazon takes like 5 to 6 days.
Amazon concntrates more on customer satisfaction whereas flipkart has never implemented something like that.
This does not mean that flipkart is a bad company.Just giving my honest thoughts on a good company so that they can improve in those areas.
