Product @ Flipkart= Product @ FootpathKart @ MRP –Bait*+ A WONDERFUL CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE.
My adventure with Flipkart started a month ago when I committed a sin of opening one of their daily emails. I ordered a product and there started my ordeal.
The product(supposedly FLIPKART ASSURED) I received turned out to be fake. Thinking bade bade deshon me choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai, I called their customer care and register a complaint.
Customer care(CARE . I got to know a new meaning for the word) first tried to convince that it was a “GENUINE PRODUCT” and with a lot of calls back and forth sent a representative, who refused to take their so called ‘genuine product’ because it was so ‘genuine’!
Now after almost a month, with the mercy of Flipkart they have agreed to “replace” the product from the same seller(it’s like going back to the same doctor who made you sick in the first place) and refuse to give me refund.
The fact that the product is fake isn’t traumatizing enough, they add to your misery with their pathetic customer service. If u have no regard for you money and time, please shop at Flipkart!
