Today I am writing review about Flipkart.com. I used this website for my personal shopping. I bought a Redmi Note 4 64gb on 16th September 2017 and receive it next day only within 40 days of receiving handset start heating up and bending from upper back which causes detachment of screen . Service centre people not paying attention to this and told me to go filpkart because I have purchased through it so filpkart will resolve this issue. Since 06 November 2017 I am complaining to flipkart service centre they always register my complain and give me time of 24 hours to resolve my problems but after 24 hours I never get any update I had to call always to remind them that I had registered a complaint they always update and apologize for late service but still I am looking for proper resolution. I fed up with updating my complain and calling them again and again. Being a regular user of fipkart I will never recommend to anyone for use flipkart.com
