I had ordered a pair of shoes in the month of Nov 2013. The size was not fitting well so I asked for+1 size shoes to which they said you have to keep the shoes packed some person will pickup it up.
I waited for a week after this to which I was informed reverse tracking is not available in my area so had to ship it my self. I was also told that the courier charges will be refunded on submission of the scanned courier receipts. So I shipped the product to Flipkart & got a+1 size shoe.
Now since even that was not fitting well I demanded return for which I had to follow the same procedure of shipping. Now I had two courier receipts one of Rs. 350 & another Rs. 400. Till date Ive got the order amount refunded along with one courier charge of Rs. 400 refunded. On calling/ mailing the customer service no one is getting the fact that there were two shippings made. Ive even have the courier emailed to them. I am always given assurance that the remaining courier charges will be refunded in 2-3 days, but this never happens.
Adding to it, now theyve even stopped responding to my emails which is so UNPROFESSIONAL.
My advice to everyone will be to get your queries/doubt answered thoroughly before you buy anything from Flipkart as its Customer Service is totally CRAP. Dont ever rely on their claims of transparent transactions and all.
