Flipkart service is losing its shine and noticed no more how it was earlier. Customer service in terms of order cancellations, delivery getting delay than promised, Helpless customer service executive as the functioning itself has changed a lot as no more prompt. I have decided to write this due to my personal experience as well as feedback I received from people I know when I shared about my experience. If a service recovery for the lost shine is not done, then it may see a lot customer going away from them.
