I have purchased LED EverReady from flipkart.com, The order was placed with a debit card after 4 days I could not track the parcel because they have not updated my shipping details with me. After four corresponding day. I called flipkart they they to contact the seller which is completely absurd, the person behaved with me. And, he told me not to call him again. This is what I don’t expect from flipkart.
The quality of product is average the LED came with no protection nor with any bubble wrap. It was delivered to me after 6 odd days. I don’t use flipart app, it eats a lot of resources and my phone get hanged. The reliability of the site as well as the product is not that good. They don’t have flexible replacement/refund policies. I don’t recommend anyone to use flipkart.
