I have purchased this laptop online from Flipkart on 26 June after seeing it was in IN Stock and would be delivered in 2-3 Business Days. As per SLA, it supposed to be deliver till 29 June as late but I havent received yet this product. I have ordered this product for my business and now due to this delay in delivery, my business is suffering.
For the same, I have spoken to flipkart customer care but they are worst, not able to understand customers concern and repeated the same thing again and again instead of providing any solution. There is also no escalation matrix, to whom we can approach if customer service is not providing any assurance. Really this is a bad experience I have with flipkart, which making a lot of tall claims without having any escalation matrix.
Nameshake they have SLAs but they are not complied with them. Here I have to abide with my SLA with client and occured the financial losses. Is flipkart compensate my losses? They should learn the business ethics.
I am canceling this order now and never buy a product from them.
