There is no proper response from customer service

I am an existing customer of flipkart and this time I faced bad experience with flipkart. I purchased Moto g 3rd generation in the exchange offer. I have entered the correct IMEI number of my old gadget when I booked the phone on mobile app, but the last 2 digits of IMEI numbers are missing. There is a problem with the app?. E-kart delivery boy refused to exchange my old gadget because last two numbers are missing. Next minute I called to Flikart call center to know what exactly happened.


They are simply saying that you want to cancel this order. Nearly I spoke with 1 hour with call centre guy Sourav(Supervisor). He said that he will arrange a call back tomorrow regarding this from higher authority and he dint give me a complaint number for this. I begged for the complaint number, then he kept me on long hold and given the complaint number.


I request to Flipkart please don’t bluff the people with such offers. Which is waste of customer time. I suggest you friends please don’t prefer flipkart for on line shopping.
