Hey friends I had ordered lenovo k5 plus from flipkart. When I used the phone for a week. Its start hanging and heating upto 48 °C. Under flipkart replacement warranty I told them to replace or refund they told me that Sorry sir it is not a genuine reason we can’t refund immediately but a engineer visit you he will check phone and solve and problem if problem dont get solved we will refund your money. He viaited and told me that sir the phone is not heating it is the weather( June) thatis why your phone is heating because it has metal back and weather is hot I said ok then what about hanging problem, he said dont install too many apps and don’t do too much use of it. What the hell I paid 8500 to keep it in a showcase. He done his job and leave. Next day I complained again for the same problem and refund my money but they said, Sorry sir we can refund your money because it is out of replacement warranty. Friends please dont buy from these fraud websites they only want to cheat you go and do offline shoping where you can atleast bargain and if the product have some defect then replace it.
