Hello friends today i’m gonna share my worst experience with this e-commerce site known as flipkart. A few months ago I have to buy a new mobile phone so I make trust to flipkart abd ordered MOTO E4 PLUS but in a day I found that this was the biggest mistake I have done. The cell defected because the alarm was unstopable and during the alarm ringing the whole screen was just gone to blackout their is no way to stop it and the battery was unremovable ?? so I leave the cell ringing after 2 hours the alarm was stop but the touch was not working. So I decided to replace it under the condition of returning policy of flipkart. But they refuse to replace the product and advise me to reboot the cell so I done the all trouble shoot step but the problem was’t resolved. Finally I complain to costomer care they satisfy me that the product was replaced within a week but after two days a man come to me and said that I come to resolve your problem and the funny part was that he doesn’t know about which product he has to check?? . He was checking my other cell Samsung and then I told him about the cell but he do nothing and said that product was replaced by tommorow but the product didn’t replaced and I again call to costomer care and they hold me on line for upto 3 hours and said that our senior was contact you soon but their is no response from them till now and I use that defected cell till now.
So friends I reccomend you do not please don’t buy atleast any electronic device from FLIPKART .
