I never faced such problems with any other Online Store. I shopped a lot online and I am not happy at all with your services. I placed an order online for Globalite Stumble Sneakers (Grey and Black) in color.
However, I have received it in Olive color. I called the customer service helpline twice and the first representative hung up while placing the call on hold and second representative advised me to do it online or to call back after 30 minutes as the system were down.
But she didn’t take the initiative to arrange a call back or to show interest in the situation I was in. I already had placed another order through Flipkart which I am going to cancel.
I do not advise anyone to go through this channel for shopping which is least bother about your inconvenience.
