Flipkart has gone to dogs. It is operating like a government office. I ordered an iphone as my bank was giving me a cashback offer for shopping on Flipkart, Amazon and ebay and I did the mistake of choosing Flipkart. I told them to change the delivery address before it left their warehouse. They said it’s not possible and cancelled my order. I mailed them and called them several times. I even spoke to the manager, who said that "it’s not his problem". Now the cashback offer is gone and the prices have gone up by 5000. And they are saying that they’ll refund my money after 8 days. I didn’t get the product and my money is stuck with them. I feel cheated. I’ll never shop at flipkart again.
