I have shopped on flipkart quite a few times before but my recent order on it turned into a very bad experiance. I ordered a football ( adidas made) for my son and I paid Rs. 1600 for it but on 8th day when I got the delivery, I was shocked to find cracks on the ball. I initiated the return process and send it back to flipkart warehouse by courier since my place was not covered under reverse pick up service of flipkart. After 15 days when I didn’t hear anything from flipkart regarding refund, I tracked the courier which confirmed the delivery after 4 days. Then I started writing to flipkart customer care and after next 20 days I could get my money back to my account. This was a very bad experiance and I will suggest everyone to refrain from shopping here.
