They havent fulfilled my order, there is no follow up from their end - there is obviously a lackadaisical attitude to fulfillment. There customer service process is obviously mis-managed - mails dont get seen or not read, or not acted on. They obviously dont have a system to manage or resolve disputes in a customer-centric way.
Ordering a book should be a seamless experience 99.99% time. its not so with flip kart. Im having a below average experience and mostly because they dont seem to be having a strong system to resolve queries / disputes.
