Flipkart is not a website that you can rely on. It has slow delivery and dumb service. The website looks nice but the products are not packaged well. Most of the products are sold as thied party and they have most of the low quality products. Their seevice is not at all reliable. I had bought a mobile, which took almost 2weeks to reach my home, though it had to arrive after only 2days. I asked some queries to the help and support system of the website but they did not reply to me. This was just not that severe. The main problem occured when I bought a telescope from this website. It took a freaking month to arrive. I was completely raged up never used this qebsite ever again. Most of the products are not at all sold or assured by the website. People from other places sell their products which arrive at your home. I would prefer everyone in India to use Amazon or any other website.
