I’ve been a loyal customer of Flipkart from about 3-4 years. Initially I never ever had an issue with them.
Totally loved the quality of their products - it did meet my exception, fast and timely delivery and not to forget the courteous delivery guy .
But from the past few months I’ve been experiencing a few issues .
1) placed an order for enamor lingerie and lo what I get ? A torn piece of enamor lingerie!
I wonder how did that product ever pass the quality check process ?
Does it mean your products do not go through such a process ?
When I asked for a refund the reason they came up with was - U have not mentioned your initials in your Flipkart account but it is mentioned in your bank. It won’t go through and blah blah .
so it means that when flipkart’s account is credited they won’t check if the ac name matches with the card ? We are getting a payment so we don’t care where it comes from ?
The issues arises only when you have to go make a refund.
anyways I got my refund after making several calls and screaming at them plus they made me a Flipkart first member. Yippee : -)
2) Placed an order for a pair of lavie flats .
I open the box and. . They have sent a a size 37 left foot n a size 36 left foot . wow ! Am I an alien ?
And what happened to the quality check process ?
3) Placed an order for reebok shorts . I was tracking my shipment and it said delivered to the customer at 12: 30pm. Called up the CÇR. Was assured that my issue would be resolved within 4 working days ! And that too when it was a mistake from their end. But wait . In the evening around 6 my product gets delivered to me .
I called up the CCR again to inform that the product has been delivered and there must have been technical glitches with their system. But even after 4 days I’ve been receiving emails and calls asking if my product has been delivered.
4) The delivery boy never asks your name or insists on showing an ID proof .
They just put delivered to self n sign the papers. They haven’t paid for the products right?
Overall Flipkart makes me flip these days . But their offers are very tempting .
