I purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart, which was delivered with in 2 days which is really commendable. But then I changed my mind and I planned to purchase another mobile phone. Till this time I didn’t even open the exrternal packaging which is done by Flipkart/Seller and called their customer care and explained the issue to the advisor on the other end of the line, and asked them to take it back and return my money.
But they said no they can’t take it if there is no fault with the device, however they have clearly mentioned in the resons for return that mobile phone can be returned even if it is not as good in real as shown on the website/app. I kept telling them, its sealed and they can sell it to someone else. But they didn’t do anything. In the end I had to sell that SEALED mobile phone at a loss of rs 1000 using OLX.
