I had ordered laptop battery by cash on delivery, but due to compatibility I had returned the product to Flipkart.
And since last month I am following up for the refund, now they are saying Item has not delivered to my address, so they can’t refund.
I have also sent snapshots of received product, but no response from Flipkart.
