Guys pls dont trust Flipkart. These guys are real cheats!!! Here is my experience I ordered a Nataraj Rocko Swing for my 8 monhts baby from Flipkart.com and the portal was showing as delivery 2-3business days. However even after 10 business days there was no response from Flipkart. When I cancelled my order they called me again saying we can delver the product in 3 days COD.
I accepted and this is the mistake I made. The product came and I was shocked to see that it is a damaged piece. I immediately informed Flipkart through email and phone as well. I was assured that a replacement will be made within 4 business days.. but its almost a month now and the replacement is not done. Endless phone calls and emails have just added to my frustration without any positive results from Flipkart. So guys please do not buy any products from Flipkart..
