Product packed well and very nicely handle by flipkart to us.once they delivered while cordless phone instea of black to me but the good part is they accepted their mistake and exchanged it in 5 6 days.one more issue I am facing is that they deliver everything except deo and perfume in my pincode.discount are not always there but they have some promotional programme like big billion day where there is big discount but in that delivery is extremely slow.their service and help center need to improve and make it to the standard of amazon which have best customer help line number.website is designed very nicely and easy to use.
