I placed an order for Lenovo laptop and they didn’t even ship the product in 10 days. I kept calling them again and again. When I called them for the first time, they told me that it will be shipped within 24 hours. But It’s been 10 days and they are still repeating the same thing.
The customer service agents are even worse. They won’t listen, they will put the phone aside. Once you will finish, they will start repeating the same line.
Worst website and worst Customer service. Do not buy anything from FlipKart.com now.
