I made this order on 25th May. I ordered for an Sony HDMI cable. I received a courier on 16th June and what I receive is an old used pouch. There is no relation between what I ordered and what I got. After 23 days I am getting some shitty product which is old.
I am calling up flipkart and the answer I get from the customer care is that since we have not got updated delivery information, please call back later. Seriously? That means I should wait and keep my anger inside till they get the delivery information.
I requested to talk to floor supervisor as the customer executive was not understanding what I am saying. He repeatedly said one thing’ As I can check your order status, please wait till 7’. They kept me on hold for several minutes and then they transferred the call to supervisor who claims to update information tomorrow and refund may happen next week. That means I am paying for the product, not getting the product and getting a refund later. That means I am wasting a month behind a small order.
I request all other buyers to skip purchasing from flipkart.com as they have now started targeting money rather than customers.
