Hi friends, in this review I am sharing my personal experience with services provided by Indian E-commerce major ’ Flipkart’.
The website and the app are good and user-friendly, the range of items are very wide it covers almost all consumer durable items.
The delivery time and payment options are also good.
One thing I want to recommend especially about the concern regarding CASH BACK SYSTEM, and WARRANTY. This things are not up to the satisfaction of the customer, I don’t know how the customer will claim guarantee especially in case of electronic items. Company must work on this to improve its credibility.
Other thing is heavy items are not delivered to far places, so they also need to work on their supply chain that will enhance their capabilities to reach far distant customers especially those living in rural areas.
Rest I m very much satisfied with kind of improvement the company is coming up to satisfy their customers, the E commerce in India is still at a early stages of development and I hope it will bring major revolution in countries commercial capacities.
