Now a days flipkart has become definition of fraud and selling damage product with some adjustment with seller and forcing customer to keep damage product specially wooden product.
I was flipkart plus member who has order history of 10+ product every month including grocery but recently I was cheated by flipkart where they are forcing me to keep damage product and not ready to replace the product as per mention timelines and procedure.
Once you create order for replacement there customer executive who knows only two word "sorry sir" will cancel order stating technical issue so that the replacement time gets over and customer doesnt have any option other than keeping the damage and I lost 24k due to flipkart.
it was my worst experience and since there is no minus review otherwise I could have given minus infinity for fraud done by flipkart.
Congratulation for your fraud and losing one flipkart plus locay customer who trust you guys from last 8 years.
