I had oredred a YUPHORIA mobile phone for my father on Flipkart.com of few months ago and I received a defective peace. When I asked for replacement, and the replacement that I got were also very poor in quality and got same defect in this mobile after replacement. And I have been trying to contact them and ask for a replacement or refund but apparently they have a policy of not replacing a product more than once. They really need to improve their service quality otherwise people would just shift to other ecommerce shopping site.
