Just to recap - I was also a victim of your publicity stunt & still cursing myself over choosing you rather than the ever reliable Amazon!

Order confirmation received - Check!
Within 5 hours, you blatantly cancel the order without informing -(WTF)
Next day(7th) you send an email saying order Shipped - Puzzled!
Your so called Customer delight manager says that’s a mistake -(WTF:2)
You told me Refund was initiated - Who the heck asked you to do that? Shall I teach you how to run the business?
Even after leaving numerous messages/feedbacks - 4 days & no call/communication from your side - WOW, talk about forgery!
Today my bank’s executive tells me NO REFUND INITIATED YET - GRRRRRRRRRRRR
Now my money is blocked, I dont have the 35k product I asked for, counting days to get my refund & absolutely disgusted spending my time writing all this over n again!
All because - You are just another fraud in the market & all the hype, well. It’s all bullshit!
I’m not gonna stop till atleast 1% of your customers listen & leave you hangin!
