I have bought a laptop from Flipkart and now facing a issue in a screen some patches are coming and camera not working, I raised a complaint to Jeeves because Flipkart given warranty from jeevesI bought a extended warranty, technician came and he open the laptop at that time he was saying that lock got damaged from technician it’s just a lock he said he will come with in 7 days with part and fix the issue but after some time they are denying forbthe service and saying due to lock damage they will not repair it although it’s damage by their technician so what is is the meaning of this warranty as there is no physical damage ....I am a regular customer of Flipkart check my account and if I will get this type of service I will never use Flipkart and post every where so that people will not face this type of issue instead of Flipkart we should from Amazon or other websites .... first’ time I need a service and facing this type of issue .....If my issue will not resolve I will never use Flipkart and post all social media platforms
